Saatchi Gallery Event Photography
Saatchi gallery event photography I was commissioned for event photography at the Saatchi gallery, Duke of York’s HQ in Sloane square off of the Kings road. The Saatchi gallery is a beautiful location and an ideal environment for viewing contemporary art. With its large walls and extremely high ceilings, works can be showcased in a way that displays their full potential. Kids Company teamed with Gunter Roth to raise money for the charity, Gunter donated 50% of sales made at “The Bathers” expo which was a fantastic gesture and very well received. When guests arrived at the Saatchi gallery they were greeted with a champagne reception and had the opportunity to view Gunter Roth’s artwork displayed across two galleries. […]

London Event Photographer I was commissioned by Macmillan cancer research as a London Event Photographer for their annual art auction sponsored by DeLonghi. The event was held at The Royal arts college which is a lovely building adjacent to the Royal Albert Hall. This event is a way of raising money for the charity, if memory serves the series of events over the years have raised over £800, 000. Being a London event photographer is an amazing job, it has brought me to some amazing locations and allowed me to meet some great people over the years. The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants Official Photography at The Guildhall – London The Erran Stewart Photography (ESP) team were commissioned for event photography at Guildhall London. The event taking place was The world’s 50 best restaurants which is essentially the BAFTA awards for chefs and restauranteurs. It was a great day as we were blessed with marvellous weather and blue skys. The buzz in the square was electric, the worlds press interviewed the best chefs and restauranteurs on their thoughts of the evening ahead. Guildhall London had a great vibe, everyone in attendance looked very excited and pleased to be there. ESP covered roaming photography for the event paying close attention to people congregating in the square upon arrival as well as group portraits and candid shots at the drinks reception. Images taken were printed and bagged on site and made available for collection once the award ceremony had been completed. […]

Event Photography at The Grand Connaught Rooms London School of Economics awards 2013 The Erran Stewart Photography team were commissioned for Event Photography at The Grand Connaught Rooms in Holborn. The event taking place was for the London School of Economics’ awards 2013. All of the students were immaculately dressed in black tie and elegant dresses. Upon arrival the guests were greeted by a bag pipe player and a champagne reception, everyone looked so excited about the evening the buzz was electric! The Grand Connaught rooms is a magnificent venue to hold an event in with its high ceilings and beautiful decor. The students posed for photos at our mobile studio with instant printing taking many portrait photographs in twos and large groups. There was also a photo booth on site for additional photographs. Event Photography at St Martins in the field The Crypt Charity Masquerade Ball The Erran Stewart Photography team were commissioned for Event Photography at St Martins in the field The Crypt. This event was a charity masquerade ball and its key focus was to raise money for the World cancer research fund. The event organisers Jack and Krisztina have been in training for the London Marathon, and plan to raise even more money for the charity. The evening was fantastic there was a champagne reception as well as a string quartet upon arrival. Event photography at Lords cricket ground: Lonres summer party. After a superb event at Belgrave Square garden, Lonres arrived at Lords cricket ground for the second half of their summer parties. Historically Lonres have had one summer party however hard work has allowed them to grow their client base hence them being so accommodating for those that found the previous venue too much of a stretch. Guests were greeted with champagne and canapés on the beautiful terrace area of the grounds. The sun gods blessed Lonres once again with great weather, clears skies and not a drop of rain! […]

School Prom Photography The Erran Stewart Photography team were commission for School Prom photography at St Gabriel’s college. The brief was to take shots of the award ceremony, set up a our mobile studio with instant printing facilities and take pictures of the school prom gala reception. We arrived early to set up the mobile studio with instant printing facility and then moved to the main hall for the award ceremony. I was very impressed with how the hall was beautifully decorated, the students were dressed exceptionally well. The togetherness and camaraderie of the students was something very special, they all cheered for one another as they collected their awards of achievement and graduation certificates. […]

Kids Party at Belgrave Square Gardens 2013: The last commission to complete the trio of events was the Kids Party at Belgrave Square Gardens 2013. I recognised lots of the children from the year before, some had grown a few inches whilst others were slightly fuller faced. Sharky and George Events provided the main children’s entertainment, they played a variety of games which the kids enjoyed especially when they had the opportunity of firing water balloons out of a catapult! I took shots in a reportage style blending in with the surroundings with my long lens. With the help of my assistant we also took photographs of children on a tractor and also did a few portraits which were made available for instant printing. […]

Belgrave Square BBQ 2013 I now have the pleasure of being the official event photographer for events held at Belgrave Square garden. I returned for the annual Belgrave Square BBQ 2013 to produce some amazing images of the event in photographic form. Guests were greeted on red carpet with a champagne reception I recognised many faces from previous years events, it was good to be back and also remembered. I began canvasing the beautiful Belgrave square garden taking shots in an non intrusive manner, my event photography style is mostly reportage with a sprinkle of posed portraits added in here and there. Lonres Summer Party at Belgrave Square Gardens Lonres “London’s property pulse” commissioned my event photography services for their Summer garden party. I have come to fall in love with the gardens of Belgrave Square so coming back here to work is something quite pleasurable indeed. We were blessed with a warm summer afternoon, the guests arrived and were amazed by the tranquil surroundings of the gardens. Many people had not seen each other for a long while so it was a great chance for many to catch up over a beer or glass of wine. One of the Lonres bosses made a speech thanking his clients for their continued support and told a very humorous story regarding a phone, a brief case, police and an Audi A8 that was only a few days old. (You had to be their to appreciate it, it was quite marvellous) […]
